crispy fish softshell tacos


Ingredients:
crispy fried tilapia
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic
pepper
salt
4 low carb tortillas
1/2 head cabbage, shredded

    Directions:
  1. In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, garlic and 2 tablespoons of the cilantro. Stir well and add salt & pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat the tortillas briefly, either in the microwave, oven or for a few seconds on the top of an electric stove burner.
  3. To assemble place 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage on each tortilla, place the fish on top of the cabbage using 1 or 2 pieces of fish, depending on the size of the fish fillets. Next top with sauce. Garnish with a sprinkle of cilantro.
  4. Enjoy!!
