mexican-style black soy beans
I love black soy beans! I purchase the Eden brand black soy beans from the health food store. You can also purchase them online. I also use them in soups & stews.
Ingredients:2 cans black soy beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
red pepper flakes, if desired
- Add the drained black beans & diced tomatoes with green chilis to a medium-sized sauce pan. Season with red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Cook the beans over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 20 minutes or longer, until beans are tender.
- Enjoy!!
